Terrible’s Hosts UFC Fighter

Terrible Herbst-Gas-Convenience Store, at 6716 S. Las Vegas Blvd in Las Vegas, is set to host Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Dan Hardy, who will be signing autographs for fans on Saturday, July 3 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Hardy plans to be in Las Vegas to support fellow XYIENCE team fighter Wanderlei Silva who faces Yoshihiro Akiyama in UFC 116 at the MGM Grand, also on July 3.

XYIENCE, makers of Xenergy, is the official energy drink company of the UFC. At the signing, fans will get the chance to sample all of the Xenergy flavors, including the newest flavor in the Xenergy Xtreme lineup – Orange Fuel.  The first 50 fans that purchase a 12-pack case of Xenergy will receive a XYIENCE t-shirt and water bottle for Hardy to sign.

Hardy has been fighting professionally since 2004. He has held titles with Cage Warriors, including Light Welterweight and Welterweight World Champion. In 2008, Hardy signed with the UFC, and now has an overall mixed martial arts (MMA) record of 23-7-0. The fighter signed an endorsement deal with XYIENCE earlier this year and is a brand ambassador for XYIENCE.

“It’s not every day that UFC fans get the chance to meet fighters like Dan Hardy, let alone on this personal of a level.” says Jessica Lautman, XYIENCE’s senior marketing specialist, who heads up fighter relations. “With such a huge UFC following here in Las Vegas and Dan’s growing popularity, we’re sure there is going to be a great turnout and it will be an exciting day for both XYIENCE and for the store.”
