Delivery service competition is heating up in Portland, Ore.
Consumers in Portland, Ore. can now have convenience store items delivered to their doors within 30 minutes.
According to a recent report from GeekWire, on Aug. 16, goPuff launched its delivery service in Portland, Ore. goPuff offers 30-minute delivery of over 3,000 c-store products, including snacks, frozen foods, household items and more.
To have items delivered directly to their doors, customers must simply visit the goPuff website or app between noon and 5 p.m. and place their order. GeekWire reported that there is a small delivery fee of $1.95, but for orders greater than $49, the delivery fee is waived. Customers have the option to pay online via card, or via cash when the items are delivered.
GeekWire reported that goPuff has revealed that it will carry numerous healthy and organic options in its well-stocked Portland, Ore. warehouses. The company also operates in a number of other major cities, including Seattle, where it can now deliver alcohol, a service that is not yet available in Portland, Ore.
