The mission of NAG’s Young Executives Organization (YEO) is to cultivate young talent in the convenience store and petroleum industry through implementation of education and networking. YEO accomplishes this mission by leveraging the experience of NAG members to help foster superior leadership skills.
There is a growing interest in YEO following the 2016 roundtable at RaceTrac Petroleum last month, which attracted about 50 of the convenience store industry’s young and next-generation executives from around the country. The 2016 NAG Conference will provide another opportunity for the YEO group to meet and interact with other young executives facing similar challenges in the competitive convenience store and petroleum industry.
