Parker’s has named David Springer as director of food service. In his new position, Springer will oversee the company’s multi-million dollar self-serve food offerings in all 36 stores in Georgia and the South Carolina Low Country.

He will be a strong addition to our existing team.”
Most recently, he has served as vice president of operations of IDC Ohio Management, operators of Dairy Queen locations throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania, where he guided that company through the implementation of the DQ new Grill and Chill concept.
Springer previously held the position of general manager of operations from 2006 to 2009 of JRR Associates Inc., UNO CHICAGO GRILL franchisee, and opened that group’s first three UNO locations in Michigan. He has also worked with Ground Round Inc. as director for the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana markets, and with Hallrich Inc., a Pizza Hut franchisee with 99 restaurants in the Northeast Ohio region.
He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps with the rank of 1st Lieutenant, and was awarded a Silver Star, Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
