Family Express, is devlving into the social and mobile marketing arena through a relationship with GasBuddy Retail Solutions’ OpenStore platform.
This innovative program complements the recently launched F.E. PERKS Loyalty program by linking it with GasBuddy databases. Customers who join the free F.E. PERKS program enjoy numerous benefits: in addition to receiving immediate cents off per gallon on every purchase, customers can now receive the latest real-time fuel prices and Family Express’ latest specials and promotions via their mobile device.
The program also accepts iPhone, Blackberry and Android applications designed specifically for Family Express, and allows customers to connect to Family Express’s presence on Facebook and Twitter. An additional benefit is the design of specific store Web sites that displays individual store features and amenities.
