Royal Farms breaks ground in New Jersey.
Maryland-based Royal Farms Convenience Stores has begun construction on its first five New Jersey-based c-store locations, and has already started the hiring process for its Magnolia store at 340 East Evasham Ave., according to a report in NJ.com.
It’s other New Jersey locations are reportedly set for
– East Greenwich Township on West Cohawkin and Berkley roads,
– on Crescent Boulevard in Gloucester City,
– on Route 73 and Sunbird Drive in Marlton,
-on south Black Horse Pike in Bellmawr.
The opening dates have yet to be announced.
NJ.com reported that the Magnolia store is looking to fill 10 full-time positions, including shift leader, fuel attendant, beverage host, food service leader and customer service associate. But each store is expected to employ around 50 people.
Because Royal Farms is entering New Jersey, it will need to hire fuel attendants to pump gas for the first time at the full-service gas stations.
