Marley Coffee, the sustainably grown, ethically-farmed and artisan-roasted gourmet coffee company, expects to launch its first single-serve capsule that is compatible with the Keurig Green Mountain K2.0 brewer in Marley Coffee’s top-selling blend, One Love. The company’s single-serve coffee partner and investor, Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee, will start shipping the K2.0 compliant single-serve capsules to customers in January 2015. Marley Coffee’s eight other RealCup blends will subsequently be offered in K2.0 compatible capsule format, with target shipment dates beginning in February 2015. This represents the first step in transitioning the company’s full product lineup to the innovative EcoCup format. Slated to launch in summer 2015, the EcoCup initiative will provide one of the first easy-to-use recyclable capsules created in response to consumer demand for sustainable solutions in the single-serve category. All Marley Coffee RealCups will be updated to K2.0 brewer compatibility in Q1 2015 and will utilize recyclable capsules by summer 2015.
