Keurig Green Mountain Inc. has introduced the first-of-its-kind, commercial-grade Keurig BOLT Carafe Brewing System, which is UL-approved for commercial use and National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certified for foodservice environments. The Keurig BOLT offers users the ability to brew a 64-ounce pot of coffee in approximately two minutes, bringing the innovation, speed, efficiency and quality that Keurig single cup brewing systems are known for to higher volume brewing. This innovation has also resulted in the Keurig BOLT pack being named a 2014 Food and Beverage Innovators (FABI) Awards recipient by the National Restaurant Association. The FABI Awards recognize progressive food and beverage innovations that will make a significant impact in the restaurant industry. Keurig BOLT features a fully-programmable color touchscreen with auto on/off, temperature control between 187-197 degrees Fahrenheit and language selection; each Keurig BOLT pre-measured pack contains the right amount of coffee needed to brew a high-quality, half-gallon pot of coffee, and are sealed to keep coffee fresh and alleviate the need for messy filters and clean-up.
