Totem Rewards Cardholders can double down on rewards opportunities at the casinos gaming tables, restaurants, gift shops, gas station and even the golf pro shop.
Since opening in 1995, 7 Cedars Casino has formed a special bond with its guests. It views itself as much more than a casino, but a cultural center that also features elegant dining facilities, a golf course and pro shop, an art gallery and even a gas station and food market.
To acknowledge guest loyalty and the valuable time guests spend at the casino, the company has launched Totem Rewards, a free program powered by CMP (Bally Technologies), and Kickback Rewards Systems that rewards guests with special offers, exclusive invitations, and other exciting perks.
Glenn Smithson, Director of Operations for 7 Cedars Casino, said the Totem Rewards Card is a gateway to the casino’s monthly promotions and giveaways, enabling its guests to enter most of its offers with a simple swipe each day at the Totem Rewards counter.
“We love how flexible Totem Rewards has made things for our customers and our staff,” Smithson said. “Our customers have really enjoyed the features and opportunities they have to earn rewards and other discounts. It has been a very successful program and I would recommend it to all casino properties.”
Customers earn points as they play their favorite table games and slot machines. Totem Rewards points can also be earned and redeemed in a number of ways. From the Longhouse Market & Deli and gas station to The Cedars at Dungeness Pro Shop, 7 Cedars Casino Gift Shop, or any of the resort-owned restaurants, customers have the flexibility to enjoy their rewards.
Rewards can even be redeemed for slot machine tickets that can be used as cash at the slot machines.
Totem Rewards has other features making it popular with casino guests. For example, the Totem Rewards card functions as a debit card allowing customers to earn discounts at the pumps while earning rewards that could lead to additional discounts on future fuel purchases. Member can also earn discounts in the local community. The program’s current partners in the community include local hotels, restaurants, spas, florists and repair shops.
In addition to partnering with KickBack Rewards for Totem Rewards, 7 Cedars also teamed up with Bally Technologies to launch a series of mobile apps and a mobile Web site to deliver information, and entertainment through a host of easy-to-use features that guests can access right from their Apple or Android device.
These features include:
• Instant access to Totem Rewards Club to check point balances;
• Information about the Cedars at Dungeness golf course such as the latest weather conditions, tournament results or the Pro Shop;
• Access to dining menus and events are happening around the property; and
• Custom GPS maps or view detailed property maps of the casino, golf course and surrounding area.
“We are proud to work with KickBack and Bally Technologies to create a card that works universally at all of our properties and points of sale as well as in our slot machines,” said Smithson, who added that the most popular reward for customers is the fuel discount. “We do intend to start using some of the other loyalty features available in Kickback like the punch program that offers additional rewards for repeat purchases like coffee and sandwiches.”
“What makes the KickBack program innovative and unique is its comprehensive ability to analyze transaction data to help companies understand what their customers are buying and calculating the right reward to bring them back again and again,” said Pat Lewis, CEO of KickBack Points. “This can be converting points for instant price rollbacks at the fuel pumps, a free cup of coffee or discounts on food items.”
