Rutter’s Ends the Year With Recognition Ceremony

Rutter’s manager and guests of honor gathered together to round out another year of dedication and hard work with a ceremony to recognize the employees of the year.

Most of the evening was dedicated to celebrating and rewarding the excellent work of all Rutter’s employees, especially those receiving employees of the year honors.

Those employees were:

Store Manager of the Year: Tina Felton, Rutter’s #60 W. Market St. in York.

Restaurant Manager of the Year: Kevin Hare, Rutter’s #25 Pennsylvania Ave. in York.

Team Member of the Year: Allen King, Rutter’s #25 Pennsylvania Ave. in York.

Additionally, the company acknowledged the outstanding performance of several managers:

Ink Byers- Store Manager Rutter’s #62 South Richland Ave. York,

Mindy Torney- Restaurant Manager Rutter’s #62 South Richland Ave. York,

Keith Crawford- Store Manager Rutter’s #56 Lewisberry Rd. New Cumberland,

Brenda Kemper- Store Manager Rutter’s #16 Main St. Loganville,

Amy Fisher- Store Manager Rutter’s #46 Abbottstown St. East Berlin,

Sonia  Schmuck- Store Manager Rutter’s #39 W. Main St. Windsor.

Chuck Moyer, a Personnel and Operations Supervisor received the Corporate Making a Difference Award, and Mike Hubler, a truck driver for Rutter’s Dairy was named Rutter’s Dairy Employee of the Year.

Attendees were asked to bring an unwrapped gift to donate to the Salvation Army of York and the Mont Alto Fire Company. Nearly 200 toys were donated to the charities. Rutter’s also matched the toy donation with a cash donation of $1500.00 to be shared by the two charities to purchase more toys.

Family-owned Rutter’s Farm Stores employs 1,500 people across six Central Pennsylvania counties.
