Oklahoma City ranked No. 1 in Mars Chocolate North America’s fourth annual COMBOS “America’s Manliest Cities” study. According to the study, from its stellar hoops to its love of pick-up trucks, Oklahoma City represents the best of being a man. COMBOS partnered with Bert Sperling, research expert behind “Best Places to Live” studies to develop the “America’s Manliest Cities” study. The study takes 50 major metropolitan areas and ranks them from manliest to least manly. It compiles manly city data such as the number of home improvement stores, steak houses and manly occupations per capita, and “girly” factors such as fancy shopping boutiques can bump cities down on the list.
