1. As the owner of Southern Reimage consultants, I am all too aware of the process involved with d-branding and re-branding. You covered the aspects of what is needed for the interior, but nothing was said for the exterior. The current brand name and colors have to removed from all signage, dispensers, canopies and anywhere else that has the old brand image. I agree too many times I go by an abandoned station with the brand still intact. It does not speak highly of that brand.
