Springfield, Mo.-based Marlin Network Inc. celebrated its 25th anniversary at the 2010 National Restaurant Association Show, May 20 – 25, 2010 in Chicago.
Founded in May of 1985, Marlin Network has steadily grown as an agency in the foodservice channel, now employing 80+ strategic, creative and culinary professionals, and representing more than 60 of the nation’s leading food and beverage brands.
Marlin Network kicked off its Silver Anniversary celebration in Chicago with a cocktail reception and dinner for all its employees and spouses on May 20, followed by its annual industry/client breakfast at the Art Institute of Chicago on May 22. All employees and spouses then attended the NRA Show and various events with their clients and key industry figures.
“What was true 25 years ago is still true today,” said Dennis Marlin, CEO of the Marlin Network. “We resolved to nurture the creative process, and we did so by grounding our philosophy in two ways: first by focusing on the people who make up our company and that give our clients a competitive advantage in the marketplace; and second, by opting to solely work with clients who allow us to actively assist in their growth from a third party perspective. Grounded in this philosophy, we look forward to our next 25 years.”
