Clark Partners with Gilbarco on Passport Upgrade

Clark Brands LLC, of Naperville, Ill., and Gilbarco Veeder-Root have entered a strategic alliance that covers point-of-sale systems, installation services and Gilbarco Fuel Management Services, the companies said.

As part of the agreement, Clark and Gilbarco are offering Clark customers a program to upgrade locations currently operating G-SITE POS systems to Gilbarco’s Passport POS systems.

In the first phase, Clark and Gilbarco developed a comprehensive program that includes significant funding by Clark for its customers to transition G-SITE locations to Passport. Future initiatives are under development, including a leasing option with a third-party vendor and programs for other POS devices.

It provides seamless connectivity and standardization, powerful business information and security features, sophisticated business growth tools and easy expandability.
