Chevron Global Marketing will offer customers newly designed Chevron and Texaco personal credit cards that offer enhanced benefits, the company said.
In the coming weeks, active Chevron and Texaco cardholders will be reissued the new personal credit cards, which feature a new design and a number of new features, including:
* Road Service: Complimentary road service during the first year, which includes free towing, fuel deliveries, jumpstart and tire services.
* ATM Cash Access: Qualifying Chevron and Texaco cardholders will have cash access at more than 350,000 ATMs in the Cirrus network.
* Zero Fraud Liability: Cardholders will no longer be liable for unauthorized charges made on their credit card, regardless of dollar amount.
Last year, Chevron sold its consumer credit card to GE Money and its commercial credit card to FleetCor.
"Chevron is working with GE Money to continue to bring new and differentiated credit card products to Chevron and Texaco customers," said Shariq Yosufzai, president at Chevron Global Marketing. "What a great way to introduce our brands to new cardholders as well as reward current cardholders through these great new benefits."
The Chevron and Texaco cards will have no annual fee, and customers will be offered flexible payment options, online account information and access to thousands of Chevron and Texaco stations by accessing www.chevrontexacocards.com.
