Grant made possible through the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Program.
VERC Enterprises is again giving back to schools in its local community.
Most recently the c-store chain presented Cold Spring Elementary School in Plymouth with a check for $500—a grant made possible through the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Program.
VERC Enterprises is a convenience store and Mobil/Gulf gasoline operator with locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Funded by the ExxonMobil Corp., the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program is designed to provide local retailers an opportunity to invest in the future of their communities through educational grants to neighborhood schools.
Tony Depina, manager of the VERC Enterprises Commerce Way Mobil location in Plymouth and District Manager Shan Muhammad presented the check to Christine Morgan, principal at Cold Spring Elementary School.
“We’re proud to participate in such a fine program that recognizes and supports the quality of local schools,” said Leo Vercollone, CEO of VERC Enterprises.
