It’s a New Year and people everywhere are setting resolutions on the aspects of life they wish to improve on in 2017. But before you set goals for yourself, think about how you can use your resolutions to help your employees succeed.
This week’s ‘Employee Question of the Week’ is based on the idea of New Year’s resolutions. Instead of just setting business goals or resolutions for yourself, ask your people what you can do to help them improve their performance or meet their goals. Then set your resolutions accordingly.
Example result: “My resolution/intent is to help Jane get promoted, be more efficient, etc.”
You’ll inspire employees and improve your business at the same time.
