The report from NACS revealed that:

- 78% give to youth sports and activities
- 61% give local product and food donations
- 60% give to national charities
- 41% perform group fundraising
- 34% contribute to adult sports or health events in the community
According to NACS, nearly $100 is raised by convenience stores to support charities each year. All of this giving is recognized by consumers, as many consumers believe that convenience stores represent community values, and 69% believe that convenience stores share their values.
