A new, upscale convenience store experience is on the horizon.
The Guess Corp. has now officially revealed renderings for the company’s planned gas stations and convenience stores.
According to a report from Benzinga, the newly released design will be used for all of the company’s planned stores, which will be built across the U.S. through new construction and acquisitions. The company will renovate any existing stores that are acquired to match the new design.
The architecture and design of the new stores is being overseen by Scott+Cormia, Benzinga reported.
Guess has announced plans to construct 1,000 new gas station and convenience store locations over the next year through its petroleum unit, Guess Petroleum Ltd. According to Benzinga, the new store units will be branded GP Express, which will be an upscale chain that will feature scent technologies to eliminate the gasoline odor inside the stores and provide a high-quality shopping experience. The chain will offer fresh goods and premium quality merchandise.
The innovative new store design features an open layout and floor to ceiling windows to provide natural lighting within the store. The stores’ exterior areas will have enhanced outdoor lighting and advanced fuel pumps, Benzinga reported.
