Rutter’s has announced that it will soon be opening a store in new territory.
According to a report from Leigh Valley Business, Rutter’s will soon open a new store in Berks County, Pa., on a busy stretch near an entrance to Interstate 78. The new location will be built at the intersection of Route 61 and Grand Street in Hamburg, Pa., by Kinsley Construction Inc.
Leigh Valley Business also noted that this new store will be the first Rutter’s in Berks County, Pa., and it is also the first Rutter’s in the Greater Lehigh Valley. The company has stated that it has no plans to expand any further into the Greater Lehigh Valley.
Plans for the new store have revealed that it will feature 7,800 square-feet of retail space, 14 gasoline fueling positions and four dedicated diesel positions. Construction of the new store is expected to be completed in September.
