A new distribution center will help to fuel Eby-Brown’s expansion into the Mid-South.
Eby-Brown Co. LLC has announced that it will soon open a new distribution center in Shepherdsville, Ken. This new, state-of-the-art 300,000 square foot distribution center will help to fuel Eby-Brown’s expansion into the Mid-South market.
The distribution center will open January 2nd, 2017 and will initially serve 750 customers in the Kentucky, Tennessee and southern Indiana and Ohio markets.
“We are moving full-speed ahead to expand in the Mid-South with the same focus we have always had, delivering the best solutions and service to our customers. We are thrilled about the expanded service capabilities and efficiencies this new distribution center will provide our customers. We are actively recruiting an additional 250 Eby-Brown ‘family’ members to staff our new facility,” said Thomas Wake, co-president of Eby-Brown.
Eby-Brown recently expanded their network East with the acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Liberty USA, a $550 million supplier to convenience store retailers.
