A final report from CCRRC North America NACS reveals that employee engagement strategies improve business for convenience stores.
The final report from the three-phase “Power Up Your People” project from the Coca-Cola Retailing Research Council North America NACS has been released.
Studies show that employee engagement leads to growth in businesses, and the new report from CCRRC North America NACS identifies the many influences of employee engagement. The report also offers convenience store owners advice on how to improve employee engagement, while exploring its relationship to business growth.
The information provided in the new report is based on the results of a survey conducted by CCRRC North America NACS, which collected responses from 20,000 convenience store employees and managers across 11 different c-store banners.
The results of the survey confirms that employee engagement does provide growth opportunities for businesses.
In addition to the latest report in the series, CCRRC North America NACS has released the following resources to help convenience store leaders to improve employee engagement:
