Nouria Energy has acquired eight convenience locations and more through its acquisition of J&S Oil assets.
The acquisition of J&S Oil assets by Nouria Energy Corp. is officially complete. Eight convenience store locations with fuel, two Express Lube auto-service stations, three state-of-the art carwash locations, a wholesale fuel supply division and a transport logistics business were included in the transaction.
The transaction brings the number of Nouria locations in the state of Maine to 31 and boosts Nouria’s retail network to a total of approximately 140 locations, spanning from Sagamore, Mass. to Waterville, Maine.
