New Rutter’s convenience store will offer a wide variety of food and beverage options to travelers and residents of Juniata County, Pa.
With the opening of its second store of 2016, Rutter’s is expanding North. The new Mifflintown, Juniata County, Pa. store marks the company’s 63rd location, and it is slated to open in the summer of 2016.
The new store will be located right off the Port Royal, Pa. exit and be easily accessible for large trucks and heavy volumes of traffic. The Port Royal location will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and offer award winning food around the clock. Premium meat options like BBQ beef short ribs and first-cut pastrami along with a copious amount of toppings and condiments are available for any food combination. The dining area will have room to comfortably seat more than 30 guests, and offer free Wi-Fi throughout the store. The store will also feature Rutter’s outstanding espresso bar and beverage center serving hand-crafted beverages such as fruit smoothies, Red Bull smoothies, frappes and lattes.
“Branching out to surrounding counties is always an exciting time for Rutter’s. The Port Royal, Pa. location will serve as an easy access point for travelers and professional drivers along U.S. 322. This store has been designed around our latest store concept. It will not be a truck stop, but offer more than a convenience store, and provide better food quality than Quick Service Restaurants,” said Derek Gaskins, Rutter’s chief customer officer.
