Pinnacle has made it easier for clients to take advantage of the company’s educational materials and resources.
A new client education portal, the Pinnacle Learning Center, had been launched by the Pinnacle Corp. Pinnacle customers will now have access to all resources through a single access point.
Online help, documentation and software upgrades are among the resources that will be accessible to clients, along with all training resources, a listing of available courses and the ability to request a seat in a training course.
“While Pinnacle has always maintained an online area for clients to access product resources, we are excited to now provide them with this education portal where they can find resources to allow their employees to fully utilize all that Pinnacle’s products have to offer, ” said Jim Walther, manager of Training & Documentation.
The Pinnacle Learning Center is not only a portal to access product resources and training schedules, but it is also the hub for clients to review course history, and gain access to course materials, training videos, quizzes and course evaluations. One of Pinnacle’s strategic initiatives is to educate and empower its clients to get the most value from their Pinnacle investment and help manage and grow their business. The new portal puts the educational materials and resources in the hands of clients to ensure they are able to take full advantage of all that Pinnacle has to offer.
