ACC is offering new savings strategies to c-store chains to help stores save on day-to-day operating costs.
A new cost reduction program from Alliance Cost Containment (ACC) has been introduced to the retail grocery and convenience store industry. The new program, which is being referred to as C-Store Savings, offers chains that operate 10 or more locations two new ways to reduce day-to-day operating costs.
• The Group Savings option provides pre-negotiated savings on more than 30 expense areas including: Energy, Waste Disposal, Credit/Debit Card Processing and Pest Control. These program discounts are available to interested chains with all fees are covered by participating suppliers. Savings on these programs typically amount to 10–25% compared to clients’ current prices.
• The Custom Cost Reduction option offers unique bidding events for specific expense areas. In this scenario, ACC typically delivers reduced operating expenses in the 15–40% range. Through this option, the client company and ACC share proven savings accrued over a 24-month period.
“C-Store Savings was created to build the bottom lines of convenience stores and small grocery chains through affordable, easy-to-use cost reduction programs,” said Miles Lee, CEO of Alliance Cost Containment. “It is entirely possible for chains to realize added net profit of $5,000 per store per year using these programs.”
