The new convenience store offers wine and beer on tap.
Eskimo Hut, a chain of drive-through convenience stores specializing in frozen daiquiris and margaritas to-go, has introduced a new store in southwest Lubbock, Texas.
The new store is located at 54th Street and Slide Road, near Garcia’s Mexican restaurant, Wild Oats and Melrose clothing store.
This is Lubbock’s second Eskimo Hut; the first located at 305 Frankford Avenue. Both locations are owned by franchisee Brad Salley.
The store, which opened Nov. 20, 2015, includes the famous frozen daiquiris and margaritas to-go that Eskimo Hut is known for. It also features a walk-in beer cooler stocked with a variety of domestics, imports, and craft beers. The newest Lubbock location also offers wine on tap that is sold by the glass and beer on tap from the rotating draught selection of 16 craft beers.
