Janice Serpico joins MFA Oil, bringing 30 years of human resources experience.
MFA Oil President and CEO Mark Fenner have announced the hiring of Janice Serpico as vice president, human resources.
Serpico joins MFA Oil with 30 years of human resources experience, most recently serving as the vice president of corporate human resources at Scientific Games Corp. in Chicago. Her responsibilities included oversight of global compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, payroll, employee services and corporate human resources.

Serpico grew up in Columbia and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy.
