Makes a $2,500 donation to the Special Olympics Ohio as part of the grand opening festivities.
Sheetz Convenience Store opens a new location in Strongsville, Ohio, to increase convenience for customers in well-established markets.
Sitting at 9037 Pearl Road, the store will give people another option for great food and drinks. Employees will cut a ribbon and open the doors Oct. 2 at 11 a.m. together with city and county officials.
“We have done a tremendous amount of expansion across our six-state footprint,” said Social Media Manager, Ashley Sheetz. “We feel it’s time to revisit areas where Sheetz has a great base of loyal customers.”
The new store will feature the same award-winning MTO food menu as all other Sheetz locations and will provide an economic boost to the area, creating 35 new full and part-time jobs.
The celebration will include free food, games and chances for customers to win dozens of prizes. “We try to make all of our openings fun for everyone with lots of activities, games and samples of Sheetz food and drinks,” Ashley said.
Sheetz also will make a $2,500 donation to the Special Olympics Ohio as part of the grand opening festivities. The company has been a proud supporter of the Special Olympics for more than 20 years.
The new Sheetz will be open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will feature a car wash as well as offer fresh food, such as Angus beef burgers, premium grilled chicken sandwiches, freshly made salads, French fries, onion rings and more. The new store will also feature Sheetz’ MTGo! and Shweetz Bakery lines of sandwiches, wraps, donuts and muffins, along with Sheetz Bros. Coffeez, a full-service espresso and smoothie bar staffed by a trained barista where customers can order hand-made specialty coffee drinks including lattes, cappuccinos and mochas – hot, frozen or iced.
