Hogan joins Ryko from the management of his own consulting group and brings more than 25 years of experience in the leadership of both human resources and operations of manufacturing facilities, including nine years with Maytag Corp.

“Jim is a value driven HR professional who has spent his entire career helping world-class corporations locate and develop their most valuable assets – their employees,” explained Steven L’Heureux, CEO, Ryko Solutions Inc. “Most importantly, Jim shares our passion to continue Ryko’s culture shift towards encouraging and empowering our employees to build a customer first corporate culture that is capable of more than simply responding to industry trends, but one that can shape and lead our industry’s future.”

“I am thrilled to be a part of the forward momentum at Ryko Solutions and to help further their progress in developing and directing a first-class leadership team and staff,” explained Hogan. “For the last six years, I have had the opportunity to observe corporations in a myriad of transformation circumstances while operating as an independent consultant helping companies recruit and develop  leaders. None has been so promising as the foundation that has been set at Ryko.  Here employees are truly emboldened to be game changers and culture leaders.”
