R.H. Smith Dist. Co. Inc., of Grandview, Wash., is among the leading retailers to launch Gilbarco Veeder-Root’s Applause with Loyalty, a new enhancement to the industry’s premier digital forecourt media system that enables integration with third-party loyalty programs.

Applause is the first and only forecourt media system with robust audio/video and couponing to provide loyalty integration, featuring customized, customer-centric promotions at the pump. In May, Gilbarco Veeder-Root certified Kickback Rewards as part of the Applause with Loyalty rollout, and is currently working to add more loyalty providers.
