Sunoco hosts a press conference with the Lowcountry Food Bank Monday to introduce their partnership plans.
Sunoco executives plan to announce a partnership with the Lowcountry Food Bank during a press conference at 2 p.m. on Monday.
Pat Walker, president and CEO of the Lowcountry Food Bank, Cynthia Archer, vice president of marketing and development for Sunoco, and Ruth Clauser, president of the Sunoco Foundation, are all expected to be at the press conference.
During the press conference, Sunoco will also unveil its new, Charleston-specific coffee blend, named and chosen by Lowcountry residents. The new coffee will be sold exclusively at all 26 APlus convenience stores in the Lowcountry region. The partnership between the two groups is one of Sunoco’s efforts to become closer to the local Charleston, S.C. area.
Sunoco Inc. operates approximately 4,900 retail locations in 23 states.
