Social media promotion gives customers a chance to win free fountain drinks for a year.
RaceTrac is kicking off SodaPalooza 365, which gives social media savvy customers a chance to win free fountain drinks for a year at RaceTrac.
The promotion runs May 21-Aug 31, and the contest will see two weekly winners. Customers have two different ways to win the coveted prize.
On Fridays, the winner is the first person to re-tweet the weekly #Sodapalooza message posted to Twitter. Each Monday the winner is the first to upload a Twitpic featuring themselves, a RaceTrac team member and a 32-ounce RaceTrac fountain cup with the #Sodapalooza hastag.
A total of 30 Twitter transactions will win free fountain drinks for a year and a grand prize winner will receive a SodaPalooza prize package valued at $5,000. Weekly winners automatically will be entered into the Sodapalooza 365 grand-prize drawing to occur Sept. 3, 2012.
RaceTrac operates 328 c-stores in five southeast states.
