Pick-A-Pumpkin Campaign funds March of Dimes programs working to give every baby a healthy start and helping sick babies survive and thrive.
This new record total will support March of Dimes research and community programs working to give all babies a healthy start and to help those born sick survive and thrive.
This is the most successful year in the 16-year history of the partnership with the March of Dimes. “About five days into the campaign, we knew it had the potential to be a one million dollar event,” said Mark Novak of Circle K Stores. “The energy and dedication the stores put into the campaign each year are inspiring to witness. Many of our store associates and customers are personally touched and impacted by the work supported by March of Dimes.”
“Circle K stores and their employees are champions for the tiniest and most vulnerable,” said Tim Arndt, March of Dimes state director of communications and Pick A Pumpkin Campaign manager. “Every day babies are born sick and struggling to survive and every day the March of Dimes and Circle K are helping them win. This impressive total, made possible by Circle K stores and their thousands of loyal customers, together, will make a major impact on our mission for stronger, healthier babies.”
The goal of Circle K Stores is to be a part of the community and provide fast, friendly and convenient service to its customers.
The March of Dimes is a nonprofit organization for pregnancy and baby health. With chapters nationwide, the March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
