Bo Sasnett, vice president of sales for Outsite Networks, was named today as president and CEO of Additech, a leading outsourced operator of at-the-pump interactive merchandising systems. He will assume his new role on Oct. 24, 2011 and will join Additech’s board of directors.
Ralph Koehrer, Additech’s Chairman, said that after an extensive search the board of directors selected Sasnett based on his broad experience in the petroleum and convenience industry, as well as his strong executive and personal qualities. “I am delighted that Bo is joining us,” Koehrer said. “He brings a wealth of new experience to our leadership team which should enable him, supported by our eclectic team of professionals, to grow Additech’s business significantly”.
Sasnett is a successful and versatile executive with global experience. He is entrepreneurial, understands technology systems, and has a solid sales, marketing and general management background. “I could not be more pleased to join the team at Additech. The company has unique technology solutions and is well positioned for growth. I am looking forward to working with the Additech team as well as our retailer and business partners as we continue the growth and evolution of the company,” he said.
After nine years at Outsite, Sasnett, in an email to CSD, said that he is looking forward to embracing this unique opportunity and will work with the Outsite team before transitioning to the new role.
While at Outsite Networks Sasnett developed loyalty marketing solutions for the retail petroleum and convenience store industries. Previously, he served as the National Sales Director for Dresser Wayne, a global leader of fuel dispensers, systems and services for the retail petroleum industry and President for Dresser Wayne’s Saber Technologies, a vapor recovery technology company. Prior to joining Dresser Wayne, Sasnett was President of Universel Epsco, a fuel dispenser manufacturer.
