Seneca Cos. Acquires MidSouth Petroleum

Des Moines, Iowa-based Seneca Cos. has acquired petroleum service provider, MidSouth Petroleum LLC of Tulsa, Okla., to combine considerable years of industry experience with complementary petroleum industry solutions.

“We are very excited about this acquisition,” said Chris Risewick, owner and CEO of Seneca Cos. “In this region, Seneca will be able to provide customers with greater resources for petroleum construction, top‐notch service and a range of petroleum equipment. We will also be offering additional options for customers – including solutions from Gilbarco Veeder-Root and our online petroleum equipment store.”
