Cybera enables delivery of Gilbarco Veeder-Root Passport secure high-speed help desk services and improves speed of service for Gilbarco customers.
Cybera Inc., a provider of cloud-based security-as-a-service solutions, has announced the Cybera ONE platform now supports high-speed help desk services for Gilbarco’s Passport point of sale (POS) systems and other Gilbarco applications.
This new Cybera ONE service will enable the Gilbarco help desk to securely communicate with remote Gilbarco systems without violating Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). Through this secure application service, Gilbarco can provide its customers with the latest features and performance enhancements in a matter of minutes.
The Cybera ONE Platform was displayed this week on at NACStech, May 16-18 in Las Vegas.
Gilbarco’s high-speed help desk application is the latest to become affiliated with the Cybera ONE platform, which now includes more than 50 security and third-party applications. Integration with the Cybera ONE platform enables providers to securely deliver their applications in compliance with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS, Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and the Federal Rules for Civil Procedures (FRCP).
Application providers also benefit from the ability to develop and deliver new services, reduce sales cycles, minimize integration and support costs and increase revenue.
