Pemmican Beef Jerky customers can still enter to win the $5,000 grand prize.
Marfood USA’s Pemmican Brand Beef Jerky has awarded its $1,000 weekly Giveaway to six families who are part of the U.S. Armed Services.
Elizabeth Johnson of Sun City West, Ariz., purchased Pemmican Brand Beef Jerky from Luke Air Force Base just before the Holiday Season of 2010 and entered the Pemmican $1,000 Giveaway. To her surprise, just in time for the New Year, Johnson became the first of six winners to have purchased Pemmican Beef Jerky from a Commissary or U.S. Air Force Base.
“I thank Marfood USA for this prize from the Pemmican Beef Jerky promotion,” Johnson said. “Where else can you enjoy beef jerky and win money!”
Additional $1,000 checks were awarded to the following recipients: Roberto Santiago at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla.; Dennis Wiges at the Fort Hood Commissary in Killeen, Texas; Aaron Bryant at Fort Lee Commissary in Prince George, Va.; Marsha Edhegard at Fort Rucker Commissary in Ozark, Ala.; and James Grillot at Little Rock Air Force Base in Clinton, Ark.

We are especially gratified that six U.S. Armed Services members and their families were each awarded a check for $1,000.”
Pemmican users can still enter to win the $5,000 Grand Prize now through Sept. 30, 2011.To enter the drawing for the Pemmican Giveaway’s $5,000 Grand Prize, customers can visit their local retailer and use the entry form provided on the package, or visit www.pemmican.com for details on how to enter without purchase. The $5,000 Grand Prize winner’s name is scheduled to be drawn in October 2011.
