Smoker Friendly International (SFI) is set to host its annual Tobacco Festival and Conference from Aug. 30- Sept. 1 at the Millennium Harvest House in Boulder, Colo.
SFI also has announced the members of its 2010 legislative panel. This year’s distinguished group will include: David Riser, vice president of External Relations Trade Marketing, RJ Reynolds Co.; Tom Briant, executive director of NATO (National Association of Tobacco Outlets); Chris McCalla, legislative director IPCPR (International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers of America); and Gerry Roerty Jr., vice president, general counsel and secretary for Swedish Match North America. Farrell Delman, president of TMA (Tobacco Merchants Association) will act as moderator.
“We anticipate not only informative conversation, but lively debate on legislative issues as they pertain to the tobacco industry,” the company said.
