Pilot Travel Centers LLC is using RedPrairie Corp.’s Workforce Management solution to match actual labor hours to budgeted labor hours at its more than 310 Travel Centers nationwide.
“We originally selected RedPrairie’s solution based on their dedication to our business, and the long-term value we felt their software would provide,” said Rick Ellison, operations director of Pilot Travel Centers. “Supporting our store managers is a top priority in our organization. Our managers can now build great schedules in much less time than before we adopted the workforce management solution.”
Pilot has partnered with RedPrairie for nearly five years and currently operates travel centers in more than 40 states. RedPrairie Enterprise Workforce Management has had a track record of helping the company control expenses as it expands.
“We congratulate Pilot for achieving the kind of success they have had with our solution,” said RedPrairie CEO Mike Mayoras. “They, along with all of our other retail customers, have exhibited a tremendous degree of sophistication in driving their business to the next level.”
Pilot Travel Centers representative Tim Wroblewski will speak at RedPrairie’s 13th annual user conference, RedShift:2010, on May 12, 2010 at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes hotel in Orlando, Fla.
