Brookwood Farms BBQ has hired Chuck Mastruserio as its new regional manager for the Mid West region.
“We are very excited to have Chuck join our team as we expand our sales and growth into the Midwest region of the country,” said Twig Wood, Brookwood Farms president. He will assume the responsibilities of managing sales growth in Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and western Pennsylvania.
Mastruserio brings more than 25 years of foodservice sales experience, most recently with Ember Farms. “He has a wealth of experience in the meat industry and will provide Brookwood Farms the opportunity to expand our presence and insure the continued growth of our product line. We welcome Chuck and are excited he has become a part of our team,” Wood said.
Brookwood Farms was established in 1978 in Siler City, N.C. and is one of the only meat processors that use charcoal as their main heat source in the cooking process. Brookwood Farms is a full line processor of barbequed meat products such as pulled pork, beef brisket, ribs and BBQ chicken.
