Outsite Networks Inc., Norfolk, Va., has launched two new features for its In-Touch loyalty marketing system: Consumer Groups and Coupon Logo.
Consumer Groups allows Outsite Networks retailers to add community-focused marketing programs to loyalty program members and on behalf of local community groups. Retailer can set up custom groups of loyalty members and provide rewards based on group membership and sales. While this feature can be used in a variety of ways, it targets churches, charities, schools, fleets and other fundraising and community initiatives.
Using the Coupon Logo feature, retailers can add retailer and vendor logos to both rewards and promotional coupons printed at the Rewards Printer TouchPoint, to reinforce their brand and gain higher redemption rates. Logos can appear at the top or bottom of reward coupons and be up to 1 inch high by 2.5 inches. In the current economy, coupons are becoming more valuable to consumers looking to save money.
Both features are enabled through the use and upgrade of Outsite Networks Management Portal.
