Shell Oil Products US and fuel marketer Motiva Enterprises LLC have recently recognized their highest-performing wholesalers in the U.S. for consistently providing exceptional experiences at their Shell-branded stations. The prestigious “Go Further Grand Awards” were presented in acknowledgment of efforts to deliver the Shell brand
promise—helping drivers make the most of their time and money.
Shell-branded fuels are sold through more than 13,000 stations in the U.S., which are evaluated on the ability to meet operational standards outlined in the Shell Customer Value Proposition (CVP). The CVP guidelines are designed to make the refueling experience more enjoyable for customers. Every site is evaluated on interior and exterior station cleanliness, the fueling experience and the quality of customer service displayed by station employees. Shell wholesalers who consistently adhere to brand standards and exceed the CVP guidelines are recognized each year through the program.
